The Frank Anthony Public School, New Delhi, is one of the most reputed Educational Institutions in the city of New Delhi. The school was founded in the year 1959 by the Late Mr. Frank Anthony. Mr. Frank Anthony had a versatile personality—he was a Member of the Constituent Assembly since 1942, and a Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) for almost five decades till his demise on 2^nd December, 1993. Mr. Frank Anthony, Barrister-at-Law from the Inner Temple London, was a legal luminary and a distinguished practising Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court.

The Frank Anthony Public School is an Unaided Minority Educational Institution, established, owned, and administered by The All-India Anglo-Indian Education Institution, New Delhi, registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The Education Institution also owns and administers The Frank Anthony Public Schools in Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and The Frank Anthony Junior School, Bengaluru.

The school follows the ICSE and ISC syllabi and is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, a premier Examination Board in India. Mr. Frank Anthony was the founder and first elected Chairman of CISCE.
