The courses of study, schemes of work and textbooks are those leading to the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) at the end of Class X and the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC) taken at the end of Class XII respectively.

The medium of instruction throughout the school is English. Hindi is taught as a subject from Nursery to Class XII and Sanskrit and French is taught from Classes V to VIII.

At the ISC level, the school offers three streams: Commerce, Science and Humanities. Continuous assessment and periodic unit tests are carried out for all classes.

Comprehensive Tests/Examinations for Classes III to XII are compulsory.

For Classes X and XII three Examinations are held - the first in August/September; the second in November and the Pre-Board Examination in January. It is mandatory for all pupils of Classes X and XII to appear for these examinations.

The academic year commences in April and is divided into three terms - April to August, September to December and January to March.

A silver medal for pupils who are placed first in class and a number of scholarships and awards are given to pupils who excel in their academic work as well as in other activities.
